Apricot Kernel Oil

Apricot Kernel Oil is one of many popular carrier oils used in massage, aromatherapy, and other body-work treatments.

Apricot Kernel Oil (extracted from Prunus armeniaca L.) is similar to sweet almond oil and is extracted by cold pressing the kernels. It is good for protecting the skin due to its nourishing and emollient properties. It is readily absorbed, said to relieve itching due to mild eczema, and is suitable for many skin types, inclusing sensitive, dry, and ageing skins.
