The city of Sheffield in South Yorkshire, England, has been associated with the production of steel and especialy stainless steel since the 19th century. It also has a rich history of sporting activity including the formation of the first ever official football club, Sheffield F.C. (now a non-league side). The city is home two professional football teams, Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday.
